Concrete Vanities
Our concrete vanities are designed and handcrafted in Hobart, Tasmania, using Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPFRC). The current collection consists of pedestal-style integrated basin vanities, conceived as complete, resolved pieces rather than modular components.
These designs are intended for residential and architectural settings where clarity of form and material integrity are essential. Each vanity is made to order and finished by hand, resulting in subtle variation and a refined matte surface.
Integrated forms and material clarity
The integrated basin vanities combine basin and pedestal into a single concrete form, emphasising continuity and proportion. Cast from UHPFRC developed in-house, the material allows for precise detailing, durability, and a sealed finish appropriate for bathroom environments.
All vanities in the collection are available in the full range of 30 colours, with colour and surface integral to the casting process.
While the products shown in this collection are not customisable, Educe Design also undertakes bespoke concrete vanity projects. Information on custom vanities and tailored solutions can be found via the Custom page.
Selecting a concrete vanity
Concrete vanities suit projects where the vanity is considered as a singular architectural element rather than cabinetry with applied surfaces. Their permanence and material honesty make them appropriate for bathrooms designed with longevity in mind.
