Custom outcomes can include…

  • Table tops

  • Panels

  • Splash Backs

  • Tiles

  • Signage

  • Basins

Custom features that can be integrated into a variety of outcomes include…

Custom sink plug molds

  • Custom sink molds can be made via CNC of any style, shape or size.

Integrated sinks into benchtops/vanities

  • Sinks can be placed into forms, which are cast in situ in concrete, to completely integrate sinks into the benchtop. These sinks can be placed in any location; or placed in multiples.

Integrated splash backs

  • Splash backs can be integrated directly into benchtops, and even on multiple sides.

Chamfers and round overs (interior and exterior edge treatments)

  • Edge treatments such as chamfers, round overs or reveals can be placed on interior or exterior edges. This can help transition features, and serve to prevent sharp edges or edge chipping.

Apron Edges and box forms

  • In most instances, thicknesses of 20-25mm are all that is required for structural integrity. We can achieve an aesthetic false thickness via apron style edges, or increase this to the point that it would form up a box.

Tap and spout holes

  • Holes can be located into benchtops or splash backs; for spouts, taps or other types of hardware.

Interior and exterior profiles

  • Whilst rectilinear forms are the simplest to achieve, irregular and curvaceous forms are also possible. Interior voids such as allowances for sinks or cooktops can also be placed.

Surface carving (integrated drainage features)

  • Various types of surface carvings, or other types of positive or negative features, can be integrated into surfaces. As an example, drainage features such as angled slots or corrugations leading to an integrated sink.
