Educe Design undertakes custom concrete work for residential and commercial projects, working closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to produce considered, durable outcomes. Using our in-house developed high-performance concrete, we deliver tailored solutions that respond to specific spatial, functional, and material requirements.
Our scope
Our custom work spans a range of architectural and interior elements, produced with the same attention to proportion, material behaviour, and finish quality as our core bathware collections. Projects may be discreet and functional or more expressive, depending on context and intent.

Our approach
All custom projects are designed and manufactured in-house at our Hobart workshop. We operate integrated design, CAD, and fabrication facilities, supported by 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machining. This allows us to produce highly accurate moulds and components, control tolerances, and resolve complex geometries efficiently.
By maintaining control over both design and manufacturing, we are able to collaborate closely with project teams, test details early, and ensure that each custom outcome aligns with the broader architectural vision while meeting performance and durability requirements.
Our fabrication process allows a wide range of features to be integrated directly into concrete elements rather than added later. These details are considered as part of the overall design, improving functionality, longevity, and visual clarity.
