Concrete Samples
Our concrete samples are designed to assist with colour and texture evaluation prior to specifying or purchasing a full-scale piece. Each sample is cast and finished in Hobart, Tasmania, using the same Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPFRC) and processes as our bathtubs, basins, and vanities.
Samples are intended for both residential clients and design professionals seeking a clear understanding of material tone, surface quality, and tactile character.
Colour and texture evaluation
Concrete is a natural material, and subtle variation in colour and texture is an inherent part of the casting process. Samples provide an accurate indication of finish and overall tone, while acknowledging that minor variation may occur between batches and full-scale pieces.
All samples correspond to the curated range of 30 colours used across the Educe Design collection.

Using samples in specification
Samples are best used as a reference alongside drawings, lighting conditions, and adjacent materials. They support informed decision-making without replacing the character and scale of the final product.
