Concrete Bathtubs
Our concrete bathtubs are designed and handcrafted in Hobart, Tasmania, using Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPFRC). Made to order and honed by hand, each piece reflects a considered approach to form, proportion, and material performance. The collection is suited to both residential and architectural bathrooms, offering durability and refinement in equal measure.
Characterised by minimal geometry and careful ergonomics, these bathtubs are conceived as sculptural feature pieces without ornamentation. All designs are freestanding and delivered Australia-wide.
Material-led bathroom design
Educe Design bathtubs are formed from UHPFRC, a dense, durable concrete developed in-house for bathroom environments. The material enables thinner wall sections, precise edges, and a smooth, sealed matte finish with a distinctly tactile quality. Subtle variation in tone and texture is inherent to the casting process and gives each bath its own quiet character.
The collection is available in a curated range of 30 colours, with colour and surface integral to the design rather than applied as a coating.
